8v Rocker cover

Is the 1.4 8v rocker cover ABS Plastic? and was it originally Vacuum formed or injection moulded?

no idea mate. why though? should be the same as every other corsa 8v rocker cover. are you painting it? if yo are just make sure you get new gasket for the rc and you use heat resitant paint or youl have a smokey bay haha

mines plastic if that helps but definatly agree with jordyp if your going to paint it use heat resistant paint haha

I did mine on my corsa, used brake caliper paint worked a treat.

Well if it was ABS plastic i was going to see if i could get some high temp perspex that could be formed to the same shape, quite ambitious but would look really good

google it mate or if you take your rc off youll see what markings are on it. tbh not point going to that bother. would look good if you could do it but thats the thing IF YOU COULD cause its not guarnteed it will work due to the heat from the engine.
