Whats the best way to go about it, someone sprayed it be4 i got it and didnt use primer and its flaking, whats the best way to go about it?
or it easyer to try get one for a scrappy that hasnt been sprayed and see how it is....

right i would like some advice! my bumper is starting to peel and its realllllyyyy anoying me!

flat it down,
if you want to reprime it then flat it with p240
if you want to reprime it then flat it with p240
