Hearing knocking noise on corsa B 1999

hello guys i need some help !!! it's getting me crazy this knocking noise when i turn my steering wheel. it only happens when im driving the car ( not parked ) and when i turn the steering wheel to the left. On the right no knocking noise. yest i took it to the mechanic and said everything is fine and he keeps saying that the exhaust pipe is touching something. what you think?

could be the exhaust. mines lowered 60 and exhaust knocks off axle like a C*UNT

it cannot be from stabilizer bushes? because also lately i put 15 inch alloys which were ok but after 2 weeks i noticed that when i go over 60 km/h the whole car starts shAking heavily. i took it back for wheel balance but he saw tthat front left tyre was like wiggling about in and out even the calipers And disks were moving. stabiliser bushes ??
