Hello,
I'm experincing following problem on my corsa B 1.2 V16 2000 edition:
First thing that happened a few weeks ago when I was driving constantly at about 140 km/h (4200 RPM), the orange electronics indicator lit up on my dashboard for some seconds. At the same time, I lost power and experienced a little speed loss. After a few seconds, everything was normal again and I continued my trip at 120 km/h.
For a week or two, nothing happened. Then the same thing happened.
But now, this event comes back more frequently (first every two trips of 100 km, now almost every trip of 100 km once). Before, I had it only when driving constantly, now I seems to lose power when accelerating, even in third gear at 3500 RPM. Before, my little corsa could easily reach 150-160 km/h, but now, I feel it when driving that I have to beware not to give full throttle.
Does someone have any idea how this comes and if I can help it myself, before spending to much money at garage? Thanks!

Re: Electric control indicator flash + loss of power at 4000
Since no one has tried to help me, it helped myself
I applied a chemical fuel system cleaner which I added to the fuel, and now it runs as smooth as a smoothy! (http://www.wynns.be/Product.aspx?p=29793&g=GRP_PRO_FUEL)
Probably, the injection system was somewhat polluted, I guess. Just did a test ride, and this time, I was able to get 4300 RPM in third and fourth gear without any shaking or power loss.
