thats correct the car is up for sale. im not fused if it sells or not as i would like to keep it.
the skirts are just waiting to get put on when i get some time as they can be hard to put on without the rivets there. got to make them myself.

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE
just need a smaller litre car 2bh to run around. if it sells before i save enough for another then ill have to see it go sadly but if i dont ill store it and finish it off how i want.
its the only redtop that i know of in my town that has used all proper mounts and installed professionally others have done it the cowboy way.

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE
After weeks of losing interested i finally got the intersted back into sorting the car out, and not wanting to sell it atm.
have started to put on my GSi skirts and have ordered a 2nd hand MAF Sensor to hopefully sort out my air problem thats going on atm.
and in middle next month the bumpers are going into get resprayed and sorted out which i cant wait to have sorted out finally.

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE
got the AFM now getting problems with the engine idling and running right, ordered a 2nd hand ICV which waiting on.
currently took car off the road as i noticed the drivers side Inner CV has a rip in the the rubber surrounding so ill have to check that and replace that or the whole CV, taking the front panel off aswell while its in the garage to fixed the PAS pipes along the front of the engine bay as tere dangling down held on by tie straps, doing this will stop the vibrations from them when they knock on it.
also got given some bonnet lifters so ill add them on aswell, once its back from resprayers
all bumpers, bonnet, boot are booked in resprayers for 3wks time which im hoping passes quickly.
wheels im going to try get done at the same time refurb'd aswell. so 1month time my car will be looking GSi'd which im looking forwards to, just the engine problems are a bit depressing atm.

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE
so i not been on much as we just built two redtops, 1 in a corsa and 1 in a tigra while i been saving some money up and looking at my car, got time the other week to flash code the ecu and found out i got code 93 so ive just ordered a cam sensor so hopefully that is the problem and will fix my the engine. sent the gsi bumpers in for respraying just waiting for the guy to call me once there done. hopefully she be driving again by next week then im going to spend abit more money on her sorting out the bonnet, wheels, tyres and coilovers

Re: Blue Corsa C20XE
bit of an update .
got the gsi bumpers fixed on, skirts and arches on aswell, minus drivers front arch.
also picked up a bargain off a mate yesterday smooth badboy bonnet in grey so will need respraying and also a arden blue complete bootlid with rear window tinted so will jus need to change locks over for that then bodywork is all complete then its back to engine, got to decide what im doing with it as its still pi***** me off, i will get some pics up tonight aswell.
