Selling my Corsa!

Post by Simmo500 »

Hey!

The time has come to regretably sell my beloved corsa :-(... Reason being I just need something bigger and more powerful for the family!

So.. I'm wondering if some one can give me a reasonable price I can expect to sell her for.. Details as follows...

1998 Corsa B 1.0 12v in red
6 months tax and 1 year MOT
75,000 miles
Excellent condition inside and out - just very minor imperfections as to be expected with age
5 Spoke 14" Vauxhall alloys
Wharfedale cd player with MP3/Bluetooth/SD/USB
Car runs and drives beautifully (only problem is when you fire her up in a morning it takes a couple of revs in neutral as the revs seem to 'stick' but nothing major)
It has been extremely well looked after (cleaned, polished, hoovered etc weekly)
Electric windows, central locking, power steering
Recently serviced (plugs, filters, oil etc) and new crankshaft sensor and new mass air flow meter
Just generally a fantastic little car and I am genuinely sorry to be selling her, but needs must!

Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

Thanks,

Mark

you'd get a grand for it at the moment as the market for small cars is at the moment, or if your after a quick sale put it down to about £800 and it'l sell real quick, espesh as yours is low mileage and got all the extras. best place is local paper as thats the first place people start looking for a cheap car.

small cars are really sout after thesedays not only as its the only cars that young people can insure but for middle aged people wanting to get a small cheap good on fuel run around, try it in your local paper first you should have a good bit of interest in it through there.

Brilliant :-) I'm gonna start in the local paper and maybe a couple of ads in the supermarket too... I'd be very happy with 750- 900 so hopefully :-) thanks for the help!

Yeah I don't trust eBay for selling big items to be honest... Gonna put it in our weekly paper and a few adds up in the local supermarket!
