Steering & Tyre Pressures

Post by Josh-E93 »

just come back off holiday having not used my car for a week and noticed that the tyres looked abit flat so pumped them back up taken it for a ride round and now it feels like it is pulling to one side which it has never done before and the steering feels heavy. Steering right seems to be easier and lighter then steering left.
Just wanted to ask what is the recogmended tyre pressures for a 1.0l corsa with 13"wheels and could this be a problem with the steering or just the messed tyre pressures

You might have a problem with you Electronic Power Steering if it feels lighter on one side and heavier on the other. But just to make sure, check all of your Tyre pressures I usually have mine around 32/33 on the front and about 34/36 on the back, but I have these tyre pressures as I usually have a lot of weight in the car. So you could try having yours at 32/33 on the front and then having 28/30 on the back.

Hope this helps :D
