Your best bet is to get a bodyshop to do it for you. Mine was done by a mate who has since closed his workshop down to go work for a full time wage in a dealer bodyshop otherwise i'd have put you in contact! Pics of my smoothing are here... http://s963.photobucket.com/albums/ae11 ... %20Modify/

please look before starting a new topic, there was one of these started on the 9th, but it doesnt matter to much....
'purecarsound's is right....
but i did mine like this....
cut a square off a old bumper...
and platic welded that where the plate goes, then fiber glassed the groove as it not very deep rele....
then just filled the rest to get the shape
