Do new 6" door speakers wire up on the old wires?

Re: front speakers?
yup they should do - the standard speaker wires are simply a negative and a positive connection and they are pretty much universal. obv tho the speakers themselves won't fit without getting adapters which are a few quid from either halfords, audio shops or ebay

yup simply cut the wires off and then strip the coating off and thread the bare wire thru the holes on the speaker. for an even better connection you could always buy some new spade conectors and atach them 2 the new exposed wires before putting them onto the new speakers

sumthin like these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-Cors ... 563d4c3648
basically the standard speakers are only 3 hole and all aftermarket ones are much larger and 4 hole so u will need adpaters to allow the new speakers 2 fit on and also push them away from the window as they will always be a lot deeper than the standard crap lol
