Hi i got a 1.4 8v 5 door its mainly used for the school run so very practicul just want it to look a bit better than it did when i first got it, so far i have de badged her, had to chop front grill out as it was the old style bumper!! hofman straight through sports exhaust, gives it a nice crisp tone cheap cone filter with home made induction kit
looks crap but sounds nice
. tinted the rear lights and side indicators........trying to make good of what i have got as 2 kids do tend to drain on the old resourses
can't afford any alloys just yet so re sprayed the old wheel trims black partly to hide them but also think they look better in black
...... i bought some lowering springs which turned up saturday was told they were a 40mm drop.......turns out the fronts were 60's
but not sure the backs were 40's as it not dropped as much as i expected
doesn't help running on 13's though!!!!

if you got the bumpers off the car you could fiberglass it on properly..........but if you are like me and bodge everything then cable tie it at the top so when the bonnet is closed you cant see them then i hooked it over the original nobboly bits on the bumper
