6x9's?

6x9's?
I know im posting alot lately but im busy with the car haha sorry if its annoying anyone... Anyway when my cd player was stolen and my new cd player was fitted i have lost the bass from my 6x9's not that it matters due to my subwoofers but it doesnt feel the same, anyone know the problem?

have you set the bass up on your new head unit along with treble that should make you 6x9s more bassy

Ye its all up but its like the bass part isnt connected :/ just the tweeters

sounds like there is either a loose connection or the 6x9 cone part has blown

But their both doing it and they were fine before this new cd player in :p

if they were cheap 6x9s chances are they have actually blown or been damaged at least. exactly what happened when i swapped head units on my corsa

Ye they were pretty poo ones, thing is i have like 3inch speakers on the shelf too and when i use the 6x9 wires only the vocals work then too
