Started off as 1.7 non turbo diesel i bought off ebay for £180. Had a blown head gasket so i swapped engines with a 1.5TD i had spare from a scrap nova. With a few tweaks to the injector pump, uping the boost, a cone air filter and a decat exhaust im getting some decent hp
Had it on the dyno yesterday and its making 102.9hp @ 5,044rpm and 136.5lbft @3,417, thats with standard turbo and no intercooler!
Next plans are a high blow turbo from a 1.7td and a frotera intercooler which i have just waiting to fit, also have some 256mm gsi brakes to go on.
