well its basically scrap yeah, but its not on paper scrap yet, but im not letting them do that, so it wont need vic or anything because im repairing it myself wheres if it went through the insurance like properly so basically if they do come out ( which i think they wont) it wont be down as scrap

its hard explain on here, haha, well i'm getting money to get it repaired off his insurance but im repairing it myself so basically his insurance arnt coming to collect my car to take it be repaired im taking it myself to naths bosses garage if your with me lol?

im in a bloody neck collar and off work so i should hope so haha

please tell me your not claiming off your insurance and then letting them claim off these?

they offered me that with mine tho that means it can be left open for years and if u get an insurance quote "basically" u claimed off urself so u have no no claimes bonus'

its complicated, im getting money for my repairs off his insurance who bashed me, just gotta send estimates off monday tho... hard to explain but i know im doing right thing dont worry

arr dont worry mate, not been on myself, well assessor been out today.. AND! Good news, its not been written off, i'm over the moon he was nice ( apart from waking me at 8 o clock with out no warning what time he was coming out lol) he was more concerned about my mhw because they are expensive, and 70 quid more and it would of gone over the budget and it would been scrap! :/ so told him leave lights then as i didnt want it written off.. So all good news, will hopefully have it all repaired within the next few weeks!

Well, what can I say, car went in for repair a week n half a go, was done in less than a week.. BUT! Major but, the guys insurance Aviva are totally crap and haven't sent the garage the authorisation letter, so without that, I cannot get my car back, currently got a courtesy car though, but I want my car back .

Good news: I got a letter off the Police, and the lad has got a ban, and has to attend an alertness course, if he doesn't attend that then he gets a fine and maybe worse, once the bans up he has to retake his test... I think maybe he has other convictions as its a bit weird for not quite a serious incident to get a ban... Hmm

Anyways, my car is done like I said, but there is some pics how it was, and there is a few how it is now :
