if you mean performance wise, pretty much standard other than probally an exhaust system! rebuild wise, guna changed every gasket and seal, piston rings, get head repair, paint it up make it look all nice and clean with few polished and powerdcoated bits etc....

god knows!! i really need to get my arse in to gear, just its proving rather expencive, as ignition kit is £250 and port and polish and porous mod will be £250/300 then manifold and exhaust system on top will be another £400 and vernier pulleys will be another £100 and rolling road will be another £150 so its a slow process,

doctor replies puzzled "hoe the hell have you done that son?"
the man shamefully replies "i got raped off an elephant"
the doctor says "but an elephants penis is long and thin"
the man dropped a tear and said "IT FINGERED ME FIRS"

fair play, even i wasnt brave enough to strip my engine right down, hope you intend on keeping it for a long time as you'l have spent a little fortune when you add it up towards the end on inlet and exhaust gaskets, head gasket, 8v baffle sump with (gaskets already on), and main and big end bearings, cam belt kit, new piston rings, bore hone, water pump, oil pump, head porous mod,
