corsa merit (lol) c20let converstion project ...

Hi guys/gals ....... this is where the project begins !!! ....

I bought an old corsa merit on a L-plate 94 as a base for the project (GRIMSLEEPER) ....... no big bumpers , stupid big wheels , or any boyracer parts allowed ........

Im gona start this weekend with a good clean up and start with bring the interior upto date ......

I will put up some photos tomorrow befor and after ...

this is going to be a long project its gotta be perfect or its out ..........

i will be runing with the 1.2 8v lump for a couple of months while i source and rebuild the new lump ....


hope to get a good day in tomorrow so should get wheels prepd at least , ,,,

waiting to see this, ive got N REG 1.2 8v merit aswell lol, my advice would be to get a 5 speed box asap as the 4 speed is horrible

hi guys had a poor day not much time as my lil boy was up all night ,
but fingers cross hes better now so should be back on for tomorrow ......

soz had a very very slow week+
(NOT LIKING THE SNOW BRING ON THE SUMMER )

I have only done small bits ,,,,

hold tight this project will start kicking off soon ........

the plus side to the cold weather iv been doing alot of extra reserch ... this is gonna be a rapid corsa ,,,,

quick fix ,, as the standard one was shot ,,,, we bought a fadded yellow handbrake handle change the leather insert and made up the white leather surround

like i said with the bad weather not much done the new engine is sitting in the lock-up waiting for the new goodies to arrive and be fitted .........
