Its staying with the 1.6 in there, Just going to get it looking mint before it goes back in. So far av got the fourbranch and the powerbox, Got someone keeping a cylinder head for me already gas flowed an ported and comes complete with kent cams in it. Just need to get maself a set of pulleys to finish it of. Maybe once the cars all finished and IF the wife lets me it could be throttle boddies

There is already holes in the chassis leg mate so i just got some of the clips that were already on the loom an moved them

I'm having withdrawl symptoms Not worked on it for nearly 2 weeks. Keep getting asked to work
Will be there on sun for the whole day so the plan is to get the tank an heat sheilds all painted an my mate is doing some welding for me

I've rerouted the loom so i took all the clips of an put them back where i wanted them

Well i'm not near the corsa till the mora so after i spent most of the day with the mrs an kids i thought i would give the old bus a good going over, I washed an dried the car then cleaned up under the bonnet a little and the mrs gave the inside a bit of a clean.

Anyway a know its not a corsa but its still a vauxhall, Hope you like it....

That nova is minted, Not a mark on it anywhere. Only one thing wrong he took the original steelies an wheels trims of for that day and everyone told him he should of left the original wheels trims on. It looks so much nicer with them on.

that veccy is well smart mate, should come to at least one show this summer and bring it, v6 looks clean as well. tidy! and nova is sweet to, bet thats worth a few coins now

Back to the corsa,

Got a good bit done the day. Cleaned the tank up as much as poss without buying a new one an got it painted, Got the heat sheilds done aswell. The welder never came so couldn't get any undersealing done Then decided to make a start on the aerocatches. They are taking ages to do, Got one of them finished and made a good start to the other. Will finish that next weekend.

Holes drilled in the front panel and bonnets pins just placed for now





Then the cutting started, Not got pics of the holes cut.











The bonnet pin on the passenger side all lined up and fitted





Will have the passenger side finished next weekend.

Slow progress the day but it all helps to get the car ever closer to completion :nod:
