Well stuck the car in me garage now, took bonnet off and began removing bits, should have enough time to drop engine today after work :)

yeah mate, spraying it black like the roof and also removing underseal and guna redo it with stonechip. and chopping out the front panel too as bent from smash and weld in new one... got lots of work to do really

is your rotton same place as mine by any chance? mine was divers side one lower cross member where it meets the leg...
some good work there mate....

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TODAY?

Put it this way that 16v broke AGAIN!

i had bit of rust there, wasnt really rotten thou. only place rotten badly on mine is wheel well again and tailgate, guna sort them out thou!
and really :lol: whats happend to it now? i think your treating it unfairly cause its 16v :meh:

Fitted new thermostat and oil cap. Just waiting on couple deliverys, order a clutch then shes ready to go in once cars ready

looks very smart mate, what are the codes for the temperature sensor? the small one, as i need a new one in my corsa

oil pump nackered now.... and thats the whole side of the engine, god know what idiot designed that :lol:

nah i have even brought its a brand new wheel, and 2 centre cap's, and washed it lol, was even goin paint it until it decided, break down again :lol:

not having any luck with it then.. yeah them timing chain engine are a pain arnt they :lol:
well you can paint mine instead now then? :D haha
