Ive got some 40mm lowering springs and was wondering how i go about taking the old springs of the shocks without a spring compressor cheers.

you can do it but if it hits anyone or anything, it will break it

I would not even try doing the front ones with out a spring compressor mate u would just be asking for trouble.

I suggest getting some compressors! So much safer and easier!

if you look on ebay you can easily get some for less than £20! :thumbs:
