How to take off front arch liners and how to fit gsi skirts?

How do I take off the front arch liners? Not a clue how to do it...

And what's the best way to fit some gsi skirts! Tigerseal or using proper clips for them?

The front arches are just held in by clips, and the skirts are best installed by using all the proper clips still available from Vauxhall, as tigerseal is not as good as its said to be,

I know they are, but you have to take the arch lining off to get to the clips? And how much am I looking at for the clips?

Nah you don't have to take the arch off I don't believe and as for the clips just go to a local Vauxhall dealer and ask them, that's all I did
