fitted in the engine today! done quite alot which im happy about, but got some problems, have a massive fuel leak at the rail and also getting no spark, which i believe now to be crank sensor, so going try one of them first. here's only pic i got anyways

Same issue with mine, one the injectors kept leaking and had to mess around with O Rings and i think i swapped 2 of the injectors over into different beds for a better fit.

mine leaked at the end of the rail. can unbolt the end of the rail on mine and i think they nremoved end when they did chroming and its upset seal so probs just needs a new seal. just ordered crank sensor from autovaux, was £52 so fairly expensive but at least i get it tomorrow morning :)

autovaux is only down the road from me :), if you need any valver bits ive got mashings of them including a few crank senors!lol
If its not bodged then its not "propper"

still no joy after new crank sensor. aint got clue now why no spark :(

ring autovaux, or there abit cheaper on ebay, but autovaux are genuine bosch ones... also cant see me sorting this out, think i may have to get and auto-electrican as ive tried pretty much everything, going to give another go 2mra if no luck i give up

if you get mega stuck mate ive got a loom and ecu with all sensors for the later engine so it would be on dis and not dizzy, what havent you gone over and checked ? wires on the right sides on the coil? have you got the wiring right for the ecu in regards to the swiched live ect?
If its not bodged then its not "propper"

yeah mate, sure all wired in correct and yeah hooked up switched live a tested and it goes out with ignition off and comes on when its on so thats wired right. it came out of a running corsa so most of loom was done, all i done is changed connecter joints and soldered wires instead and wired that plug on so could plug in into corsa loom
