Vauxhall speed and show day - Teddy on the strip

Good day as Vauxhall enthusiasts gathered at Shakespere County Raceway yesterday for some 1/4 mile and handling fun.

Thought id better take the Corsa for a run to see what the 1.6 16v c16xe engine could do before i drop the new engine in.

Not a bad day all round

16.4 seconds @ 83mph
0.2875 reaction time - was my best of the day.
I perhaps could have got a little quicker but i was running out of fuel and my brakes were shot - lol

Anyway enough talking time for some pics of me in action......

same time as me man, but I had an interior in mine

nae bad tho!! LET should get you mid-to-high 14\'s I reckon if you get traction!

When the LET is in i want to work it for early 13\'s it can be done with the right set up.

justus3, i aint ran mine up the strip since i bent my gear linkage, been playing out with launching it etc managed to improve my 0-60 time by a good second so hopefully ill be getting mid 15\'s in mine. looking at c20xe times at pvs....

Thats not right - mind you i was getting quicker and quicker i think its capable of very high 15\'s.
