Hi, I would recomend painting the trim that surrounds the instruments, Ive colour matched mine to my car and ive also painted the soft circular foam just above the glove box in the same colour, just breaks up the dash a little. LED kit for the dash instrument panel and interior light? Change steering wheel, there are some great ones on ebay, type in "corsa sports steering wheel". It all depends on how much you want to spend really, you could go all out and change the seats, put bigger speakers in the doors and in the parcel shelf. The beauty of having a corsa b there are so many modifications to choose from you can really make your car your own :)

Paint interior plastics
Paint or carpet headlining
New interior (leather seats)
Led dash kit
New speakers in front doors and rear plastics
New stereo

Just a few ideas :)
