I'm in the process of considering replacing the rear drums on my Corsa B 1.4 sport with 256mm Astra GTE brake discs to match the front brakes. This is all being done as long term preparation for a c20xe conversion.
I'm not interested in having this thread turn into a 'Drums are better' or 'Discs are better' debate as I've read through far too many of those recently!
The same also goes for any mention of brake bias kits...What I really want to know is if anyone has used this particular conversion kit before and what the fitting process was. Some threads have mentioned welding and others have said that the kit just bolts straight on.
If anybody has another means of undertaking a rear disc conversion I'd be interested in hearing about it.
