Hi there!
I've just bought a gsi corsa and i want to remove the ignition switch and make a separate ignition switch and start button, so i can start the engine without a key.
My problem is how to deactivate the immobiliser?

That will leave the car easily stolen tbh, pics of said gsi
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: How to remove immobiliser
Aw ok then haha
You cant remove the immobileiser but you can trick it first you need to wire an ignition live which will switch everything on like turning the key two clicks
Next you need to wire the starter to a button
And to trick the immobilser take your key apart and take the square black chip out and tape it to the ignition barrel
But tbh best and easiest way is to use the key for first to clicks to act as your ignition live and just wire the starter to a button
In my rally car i just have the key to start as dont see the point in the button
