Not firing up when turn the key bit of help needed please

Eyup everyone in desperate need of some expert advice, basically i'm trying to get a family members 1999 1.2 corsa b to fire up but she not having it the engine is turning over when i turn the key but not fireing up so what i have done so far is change the crank sensor, coil pack and spark plugs and tested to make sure there is a spark at the plugs which there is and i no fuel is pumping threw as well as you can here the relay clicking when you turn the key and i have taken the plugs out and they have plenty of petrol on them. I have also cleand the the cam sensor and also cleaned the maf sensor but still wont fire up and the only light thats showing when you turn the key is the battery light (which i don't no if this is normal or not) but the starting problem came after the alternator and water pump belt snapp'd but i have refitted a new one.
a little more detail of the car is its a 1999 1.2 16v driven by timing chain

Any help or advice from anyone with this problem would be very appreciated
