Re: selecting gears
Gear selecter or could just be the gearbox dying, does it crunch when you try put it in gear? If yes its the clutch
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: selecting gears
The best way to explain is even tho the clutch is on the floor it feels like it needs to go down a bit more to select the gear

Re: selecting gears
Id check the gear selecter, theres a gromet type washer which normally wears and makes it very hard to slot it into gear, if it was the clutch it would crunch every time it went in and out of gear
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: selecting gears
Its the link joining the bar from the gear stick and the bar from the gear box, where the to of them meet theres a bushing its probably worn, you should have very little to no movement in the bush so it it moves it fubar
