Its just above the gearbox once you see it you will figure it out
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Yeah I couldn't figure out exactly how it works, I hate being just the Valeter / Detailer lol should of done mechanics. :p
I can take it back to the garage with out being charged for it surly? Because I'm not happy with the original job and it's not done correct they need to amend it.

Re: Corsa Sport aka Blue
That box screws up and down the threaded part of the cable, it really is just a matter of turning it clockwuse a couple times then check how the clutch feels, its also how you adjust the bitting point of the clutch aswell
Tbh best way to learn mechanics is just dive in at the problem, and do what most do and wing it it sounds a daft thing to do but its the best way imo and how i learnt most of what i know lol

Re: Corsa Sport aka Blue
So I took the car back to the garage this morning and they adjusted the clutch correctly this time....how ever I couldn't do it with out laughing my ars off...
Mechanic: "To adjust the clutch I need to take the aircon pump off because is under there due to the conversion"
Me: what conversion buddy?"
Mechanic: "the 2.0ltr red top you've got in it that I'm looking at"
^^^^ RED TOP REALLY... Where?.
Now at this point you can imagine me laughing at this.. He asks what was so funny...my reply "bro it's a x16xe 1.6 standard sport"... He looked at me, bolted the pump back on and walked away silently.. HAHA!.

Re: Corsa Sport aka Blue
So I spent this morning swapping out my radiator or with the other one I had.
What a pig if a job it turned out to be, 2/3 hours later after sheering bolts, got it out to discover the radiator is wrong, it's to small, the an is mounted different and the pipes go on a different way...
After all that it turns out it's the wrong f**k radiator so had to put the original back In,had to remove the aircon pump, the rail, and the powder steering pump to get it out.
So two / three hours wasted...not happy!.
