Corsa b .. 17 inch alloys 215 wide ?

Hi there .. just a quick question really . my mate has some fox multispoke alloys hes offering me for cheep 4x100 stud pattern. problem is my corsa is lowered 40 mm would having a 17 inch alloys be a bad idea .. also would they actually fit because they are 215 wide ?? please need help thanks

Whats the offset or ET off the wheels? It will be stamped on the back of the alloy, corsas are made for et45 alloys and anything further than 5 either way will rub,

I had 205 16 on et40 fox alloys and they rubbed going over bumps or with anyone in the back with a 40 mil drop

And tbh 17s look to big for the corsa makes them look like a toy car imo

I have read up about 17s on corsa b and you have to cut the arches and plastic trims to make them fit otherwise they will rub constantly as Johnny sez go for 16s they look better on the car

My mate had wolfrace 17s on a 40mm drop nothing but problems scrapping and eating tryes

thanks everybody , ive made the decision of sticking weith my same alloys but just going to referb and spray them kia gray . thanks for all the help
