Got sum aluminium mesh ?

Wanna make my own grille how do i stick this to my bumper as its plastic do i use body filler ?

Never done it myself but if you.cut it bigger so it folds over the lip amd use some epoxy

Epoxy is just glue tiger seal is epoxy

Tiger seal will be best thing but best waering gloves as its a bitch to get off

What i would do is make a frame and make the holes in the same place as the original and clip the mesh to that

Ok i know this is going to be easier with the bumper off are they a pain in the ass to take off ?

If ya want to do the grill only ya can take it off with the bumper staying on the car but to take the bumper of there are one either side, two under the bonnet and four under the bumper

Is it top or bottom.grill? I assumed bottom if so bumper has to come.off

Well in gunna do both now replace top and bottom with mesh so i'll whip the bumper off and get the mesh on . Just watched dog soldiers ( brilliant film imo )

For top buy a meshed grill and get it chromed or polish the sh*t out out till it looks chromed,seen diy top grills and they always look poo tbh they never look right

And bottom just glue the mesh on with tiger seal or somthing similar
