About a year ago, one of my mates decided he was gona flush his boot.
With no welder to hand, and not wanting to use one of those fibreglass panel things he decided to do this....
Fibreglass over where the lock and wiper go\'s and...
cut out a piece of WOOD (YES, WOOD) to the shape of the number plate recess, bolt it in there and filler straight over it.
the funniest thing is, its been a year now and the filler has not warped or cracked in any way its still perfect, and he\'s got 2 subs in the boot!!
How funny is this......

wood? idve given it a couple of weeks, untill it cracked didnt ya say anything about it, to him? is it a corsa?

yeh its a corsa and we all took the major piss, but he reckons it got 6 bolts thru it and aint gonna crack!!!!

is it a good job, or a bit on the wonk.... see if you can get some photos. 6 bolts? maybe thats been enough to stop the wood flexing
