hi guys just joined the site and looking forward to learning as much as possible
i have recently finished building a glanza v to track spec and am now starting a corsa
i have a shell and a c20 xe engine however i dont know which car the engine came from
i pressume cavalier or astra gsi any way of identifying which from the engine?

anyway to determine which car the engine came from for example
clutch size, flywheel teeth or things like that?

Why do you want to know what it's from? I don't think there's a way to tell

for ordering replacement parts for the engine for example timing belt, water pump etc.

It's the same parts so if you order online just say it's an astra gsi, if your in a shop and say it's a c20xe they can get parts just by knowing that
