Power steering vs no power steering

Post by oXRusSXo »

Ok so I've decided I want a corsa for my first car. I've been learning in an 11 plate corsa D. Would having no power steering in a corsa b be a big problem or will I just get used to it because I know some corsa bs have power steering but they are more expensive and I'm on a tight budget.

Thanks in advance for any help

I know personally i passed in a 12 plate clio, and that was lovely to drive, and my corsa b doesn't have power steering and even without it i had a little shot as it still isnt on the road just going around afew streets and the steering is suprisingly light for no power steering

I learnt without power steering and tbh if you can get past the weight of the wheel it's better in the way it feels on the road, you can feel what the wheels are doing compared to power steering were it's much lighter and easier but theres no feel between the steering wheel and wheels so my advice is go test drive one with and without and see how you like each
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
