It seems like its coming from the left wheel, maybe my shock is dead?

What kind of noise? Be as descriptive as possible because problems can be easily identified by the sound allot of the time
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Vibration is normally wheel Balance/tracking, it's not uncommon for the tracking to be out after lowering
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
