Little help please, when I let my clutch pedal up there is a clunk noise, it does when the engine is off aswell... any ideas please?
Also, when im driving. . More noticeable doing less than 10mph, there is a clunking when I steer left and right?
Are these easy and cheap to fix? As I never ignore a problem with my cars .

Like a loud clunk? Fúcked clutch release bearing, but could be something else I'd need to hear the noise
Clucking when turning is generally a cv joint but could be rack as well again I'd need to hear it

If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Its in the clutch pedal, even if the car is turned off.
Both noises arnt loud but noticeable.
Now I've found gunky residue on the oil cap, I cleaned the cap last week now it's back again. .

Mayo gunk normally indicates blown head gasket, but it also happens when two brands of oil is mixed or if the car is used just on short journeys when condensation builds up
