I have bought some new front door speakers, and the door adapter and also the audio adapter (To avoid splicing) and just need to get around fitting them.
My question is, do I only have to take off the bottom part of the door panel? Is it easy/quick enough to do?

Very easy, 6, maybe 7 screws and that's pretty much it! You might need to pop the upper panel off at the front edge of the door to allow access to the top speaker screw.
