Headlight loom

Post by XcorsaAL »

So when putting in my side lights I realised that the boy that had the car before was a blunt tool and has cut all the wires off and then put them back together with them cheap spade connectors for some random reason ! So was wondering how awkward it is to replace the whole loom and where to go get one ?

It would be alot easier to solder them or use better crimps, all I use anymore is straight through crimps there so easy to use and after the first arc they'll never come apart
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Aww sorry bloody auto correct on my laptop :L
And basically I was changing the side light bulb and the wire came apart at the crimped part of the spade ! So then I was following it back cus it was snagged on something and basically it wasn't attracted and the whole wire came out :L I was just like wtf is this !

Aww ok well I can't remember where goes before the fusebox, but you could run a new wire to the fuse box and splice in under the dash

I think the wire will be either 0.75mm or 1mm as it is only for lights :)
