Hey guys,
Noticed a patch of oil on the ground where my car was stood last night after i drove home today. I looked under the car and sure enough seen an oil droplet on the sump. Took a few pictures for you to see, i think it could be comming from above the sump, maybe the i need a new sump / gasket?

Hard to tell with that amount of oil all over the place.you'd be best to get her power washed and then keep a close eye I it each day after to see where it's coming from.

Could be the sump gasket
But could also be front oil seal or oil pump gasket
I would give it a good clean off then run it and see if you can tell where the oil is coming from

If memory serves correct there is no gasket here. This is the camshaft box or camshaft housing which on the 8v engine uses the compression of the head bolts to create a usually effective seal.
It would suggest to me that the head bolt has stretched or worse, the head is warped

As above the only way would be to remove the head bolts
They don't use sealant
The way I do them is to put a bit of sealant round it to make sure it seals well
But you will need head gasket set and head bolts and while it's all off you might as well throw a cam belt on
