Re: Engine Conversion
Boost is awesome turbos arnt overly hard to install
I was thinking about doing it but over thought it and put my self off, but it's simple if you run standard boost whereas I was thinking about boosting its ass off

If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: Engine Conversion
Right so I picked the engine up this morning and asked a few questions now I need your help on if I need anything more
the engine is a z16se out of a mk3 astra it had no immobiliser will this make it easyer to install and have running ?
I will be ordering a high pressure fuel pump next week along with gasket set and head bolts new cam belt kit and water pump fresh oil and filters
any thing else I need on the shopping list

Re: Engine Conversion
A c16se? They are absolute beasts of engines so a good buy
Yeah not having an immobiliser makes things easier it means it's just plug in and go since there's no need to worry about transponders and chips
You've covered the basics and nothing else really needs to be changed
