It will be a mot fail if they notice but it's a fail to remove an airbag anyway no matter what way it's done so you may opt for the cheapest way instead of getting an airbag bypass

I've already got an airbag bypass wire with my wheel, got one for the horn and one for the airbag bypass

Aw forgot you'd already got one I'd imagine you hit the bypass with 12v and connect it to the airbag plug

Yeah that's right mate, I got the steering wheel off the column, then there was pieces that were different to the diagram I followed so got confused and frustrated so left it and put standard one back on

Found out why I couldn't fit it!

mines not a self cancelling boss kit so I have to do it myself, can't believe it was something as easy as that though tbh..

Only for the non airbag but the wiring looks different from mine
