to those wishing to go, please read this thread slowly and take everything in! This will prevent a lot of unnecessary questions, and me getting frustrated to the point where I want to Punch you in the face!
DEADLINE FOR TICKETS: 26th April 2014
Tickets:
This is the most important part and must be read carefully!
T&C:
1. This is simple, don't trust me with your money, dont come on our stand. simple!
2. No refunds (unless exceptional)... if you double book yourself, that's your fault.
3. I make no profit from this.
Ticket Costs:
Ticket with stand pass: £15.00 (£22 on the gate)
Camping*: £5 (£10 on the gate)
Postage: £1.50 (Tickets will need to be posted to those camping, if you're not camping you will collect your tickets from the convoy.)
NB - Tickets are per-person regardless of weather you are a passenger or a driver. Only one stand pass needed per Car.
Camping: Travelling from far and wide? Don't worry, although this year there is only a 1 day show, you can still camp on the Saturday night. Saturday day time is RWYB only.
Stand Passes:
Want to be part of the official Corsa-b stand? Then you will need a stand pass. These are FREE... BUT in order to get one you MUST purchase a ticket
The Organisers will NOT send out more stand passes than tickets - e.g. I can't ask for 15 tickets and 18 stand passes. So if you would like to be on our stand, purchase your tickets through me.

How to Pay:

STEP 1
Payments must be sent as a GIFT via PayPal to Jonathanmulgrew@msn.com
If you do not send it as a GIFT I will incur business fees. If this happens, I'll not be buying your tickets out of my own pocket Or you can add on an extra £3.00 to cover business fees.
Please also add a note to the paypal payment stating what you are paying for. Eg. PVS tickets. Johnny+1 - day tickets.

Tickets & Passes:
These will be given out at the final meet point (probably a service station) before we head off to the show, or posted out. If you are going on the stand and have a stand pass, make sure you fix it to your windscreen so that the marshals can point you in the right direction.
Post:
For those of you who are having your tickets posted, I will be sending these out by First class signed for post.
Timing
Please make sure you're on time as we want to arrive as one group. If in doubt, leave 15 minutes early!
Behaviour
I'm sure we won’t have any problems but remember, you're representing this club. If you d!ck around and cause problems at the show, then you're on your own.
just means I'd send you sheet with everyones names and numbers incase anyone is running late? I'd throw you a couple quid for credit
