The sexy SXi has developed a coolant leak this morning
I had parked up after leaving the boys to school/nursery and noticed steam coming from the bonnet. When I lifted the bonnet the steam appeared to be coming from the timing chain end of the engine so I suspect the timing chain gasket has gone
Anyone done theirs on a 1.2 16v lump?

Re: Coolant leak
Can you not get a spanner on it? Tbh I can't even remember what the mounts look like atm
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

No the bolt is a reverse torx type that is sunk into the mount bracket. There's no clearance to get the right socket and extension on it due to it being do close to the chassis leg
