yes ive fitted many coilovers

1. set the coilover up to the heigh your after
2. undo the 2x 18mm nuts that join the shocker and the hub
3. undo the 3x 13mm nut holding the top mount
4. the old unit should drop out
5. place your coilover in it place
6. now do it all in reveres

Can you adjust coilovers while they are fitted to the car?

yes simply use the C Spanner you should get with your coillies and adjust till you happy 8)
