Sadly it's not on as the bonding is stopping it from sitting flush, I contacted the previous owner and he said to drill the rivets out remove the plastic bumper guides and it will go on then.

Um my list of mods are as follows:

GSI Bumper
Imricher rear Spatz
Lowered 40mil in springs
Smoked angel eyes
RS Vents
Tinted windows
Paint callipers yellow
Smoked rear lights
Bottom bumper lip sprayed black
And get boot welded up and sprayed.

Ok so here we go... Left work today and headed to my mates house to get the bumper... Got there to discover he had done a TOP job with the fibre glass

Image

So set about getting it on, took a drill to the rivets and drilled them out, so drilled two holes to meet the bolts and got it on:

All good rite?....well....no... The bolt broke free of the fibre glass and came out so back to the drawing board...got the tiger seal out now :). So going to build it up and the fibreglass it so hopefully by the weekend it'll be on.

Standard bumper is cable tied on rite round now so Gota be careful for a day or two.

Comments welcome

The fibre glass wont work mate because the bumper flexs u will need to use plastic filler that will work as it moves with the bumper and dries as hard as plastic aswell or the other option drill a hole in the bumper where the bolt needs tobe then filler the bolt in that way that will work as well is the bumper plastic or fibre glass by the way
If it ain't green and black send it back :D

In that case then drill a hole in the bumper to fit the bolt thru and fibre glass it in that way that should work or weld the bolt to a metal plate and fibre glass the plate to the bumper so the fibre glass has more to hold in to

Well the best one for ya then is to put the pin. Onto a plate of metal then fibre glad the plate to the bumper so more surface material is being held to the bumper

Checked it this morning tiger seal has gone off a little bit of flex but it's solid. Debating what to do next, plastic fill over it maybe?.
