Odometer issues

Post by sp33dy69 »

Hi there,

Been experiencing this problem for months now thought it was just the clocks so replaced them twice but can't for the life of me figure it out. The odometer and mileage counter don't work at all there's no engine management light the steering feels ok I guess and I've checked all the fused, made sure the cables behind the clocks are secure and none of them are cut but not sure where else to check!

It's a corsa b 1.2 16v gls with electronic clocks.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Was going to say damaged drive shaft but it cant be that and i cant think of what it could be tbh

Try follow the odometer wires into the bay to check for damage
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
