i\'m thinking about going for an omp one as they do front and rear strut braces not sure if they fit a 1.4 8v tho as it only says 1.4 16v in the book

just get a whiteline rear ARB & then remove the front one, but fit a front strut brace

aslong as your suspension is good quality, should be fine

yup should be!

just make sure your wheels dont scrub on the springs up front, sometimes they can depending on the width, and you may need spacers

just makes it easier really i spose for the site to be searched though, cos then instead of searching for posts to see users pics of there cars n stuff, they can just goto there album instead
