Old school big block manta > Old school datsun z cars IMOandy w wrote:The decent powered ones ye mate cant beat old school datsuns
Old school euro cars (70's-80's) in general were awesome
Jap cars didn't really become good till the late 80's early 90's maybe bar the first gen gtr or that 270(I think, can't remember the number) Z car but even still they had nothing on the hsr asconnas or mk1/mk2 Mexico escort
I was born to late I'd have a hsr ascona or manta over any modern car (post 2000)

I like scramblers and then mini moto things but there just fun for the beach I'd never buy a motorcycle buying a bike is like paying for a death cert, even if your a brilliant rider a Car is still probably going to knock you over if you havnt already killed yourselfstanc3w0rks wrote:Does anyone on here have interest in motorbikes?

Re: Random chat
I just love the shape of the 270z but a manta will be a project for me in years to come
Iv only ever owned a scrambler 150cc and was a good laugh in fields and bog roads trying to wheelie it haha. Im getting a shot on a bandit 600 streetfighter on sunday and going to try wheelie the arse off it haha. Talking of drift buggys, a mate of mine made a buggy from scratch with a vfr 750 engine and it was scary as f**k haha. He said for 400 quid he would make me one if i got an engine. He sold his for 2500 :O

Re: Random chat
I don't really build from scratch mainly because I cba and it takes to long build the frame
I use peddle carts mainly and chop the wheel down and stick a generator/bike/lawnmower engine on it
I don't really build mine well because there just for fun and I don't normally sell them to people that arnt friend's
Last one I built was a generator 5.5 hp engine and had it tuned out that far it just blew threw clutches clocked 67 mph on it though about 5 mins later the engine popped

Re: Random chat
His took about a week to build and the frame was the size of a small car haha. Do you use the honda gx engines? I had a tiny drift cart with a honda 5.5hp engine and F1 style steering wheel.

Tbh mate I just use what ever engine I find, it just depends on whatever is about local or if the neighbors have broken something
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
