Ive known some mot stations flask a light to see if there's a bulbs as most cars have symbols in the front windows to state they came as standard on it the best idea is just to get a blown bulb and put that in so it looks like there is still one in there

If your car does have an airbag sticker on the window or windscreen it'll be very hard to fool the tester
