Those are individual throttle bodies - basically a fuel injected version of side draughts
They basically allow you to get air into the combustion chamber more effectively, but you need some serious cams to get the most out of them. I never ran those on my pickup as it was too much work involved running itb's and turbo

1.4 16v is cheaper tax for near the same power, if the 8v hasn't been rebuilt the 1.4 might cough out more bhp
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
That will probably have to be all custom. The trick is always going to be to get small enough throttles for the 8v to be effective - too big and the air speed is too slow. You will probably need throttles in the region of 35mm, about a 286 deg cam, adaptor plate, management etc etc etc
You can get about the same power for less cash by doing 1800 16v

Not being funny but it will be taxed and insured as a 1.2,
And Dodging, the 1.6 is a much easier swap i would love 1.8
