Re: Bonnet raisers?
Should ask barra to take a pic or if you see him compare them
Performance places don't always have the best mechanics, alot do but the word performance seems to attract knob ends around here anyway

If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Yeah, even checked all that with my dad, it's a weird one if you ask me, that bolts threaded all the way to as far as it'll go as well

Re: Bonnet raisers?
That's fitted wrong so so wrong, I'd take to your local (non performance) garage and ask them to refit that
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Re: Bonnet raisers?
I can't even understand what they've done, or how they've managed to do it so wrong. How a garage can charge a customer for that and think it's ok is beyond me. You'd have thought someone would check it before you pick the car up too...

Re: Bonnet raisers?
This is why I do everything myself, at least if you f**k it up you know exactly what you did and you learn for future reference. Better than paying a garage for them to screw it up hahajohnny wrote:Was thinking the same Can't even tell what they did to do it that wrongJamesT0708 wrote:I can't even understand what they've done, or how they've managed to do it so wrong. It looks like there is something missing as it shouldn't be like that...
