Was looking at my engine bay today and noticed how the x16xe has it's intake on the left (looking from the front) and goes behind the engine and comes up on the other side where the throttle body is next to the battery.
Had a kinda brainwave (don't know if it would work). But swap the battery and airbox around so the intake is a lot closer to the throttle body and the battery can go where the airbox was.
Might unleash a few more ponies without really spending a cent.
It's the intake manifold on them sport engines that are very restrictive, the intake pipe itself doesn't have any restrictions bar the filter and it's not really restrictive atall
You can get intake manifolds that are alot better and make a fair difference
Don't know if oz got them but here you get dblis, lexmul, vx, and more but there the most popular here
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
